Fibro Store

  • Back Buddy helps with trigger points. It looks scary but once you get the hang of it, it’s a great tool.
  • Tiger Balm is one of the best (and least chemically) topical analgesics I’ve ever used. It even smells pretty good.
  • CroyDerm is a strong topical analgesic that I use for my worst muscle spasms.
  • Magnesium supplements have helped lessen my muscle spasms.
  • GT’s Kombucha is organic, delicious, and provides probiotics.
  • Crystal Star Natural Muscle Relaxers haven’t given me trouble with side effects. They’re pretty decent at taking the edge off bad muscle pain, too.

I’ve tried almost all products under the sun to relieve my painful muscle spasms and other random fibromyalgia and dystonia symptoms. These products have worked for me. I have links to Amazon in case anyone wants to buy something listed here. If you purchase anything here through the Fibro Store link, you’ll support the continued progress of the Fibromyalgia Athlete Blog. And for that, I thank you! As with all things health-related, I remind you to check with your health professional before trying anything new.

  1. I am so pumped I found your site! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over 7 years ago. Activity IS the key & I’ m currently fighting a major flair up because of a hip injury. I’ve went from full on workingout to zero the last 5 months. Trying my hardest to get moving but this has been the worst ever! Is there anyway to subscribe to your posts?

    1. Mel,
Thank you! I hope you’re feeling better and are able to return to working out. I don’t have a way to add subscribers, but it’s one of the things I’d like to implement in the future. Have a great day!
